The Accident
"You have called 999. How can I help you?"
" My friend Ali is bleeding.. come quickly, please.. there is no time.."
"Please calm down sir. Tell me what happened."
"His car crashed into a tree on the side of the road. He is lying on the ground now."
"Is he dead?
No, he is still breathing.. but he is all covered in blood. He is vey badly injured."
"Please tell me where you are."
I'm in Al Ain Abu Dhabi Road. I can see a big mosque on the right.."
"OK, I knew the place. Don't panic sir, help is on the way."
"Please hurry up. He is dying.."
Ahmad was standing there, next to the broken car . He was shocked . This was the first time he saw so much blood on a person's body.
Suddenly, Ahmad saw the ambulance arriving to the scene of the accident. The doctors started to examine his friend Ali. He was seriously injured.
"Is he going to live?" asked Ahmad. We hope that. They began to give Ali first aid and took him directly to the hospital. They made a surgical operation to Ali at the hospital. He began to improve slowly because his leg and arm were broken. Ali promised not to drive very fast again. He thanked the police, the doctors at the hospital and he was grateful to his friend Ahmed because he helped in saving his life.
