عقد رئيس نادي الاتحاد الدكتور خالد المرزوقي ومدير الفريق حمزة إدريس ومدرب الفريق كالديرون بحضور عضو مجلس الإدارة امين عام النادي محمد اليامي وعضو مجلس الإدارة مسؤول ملف الاستثمار المهندس فراس التركي مؤتمرا صحفيا مساء امس بقاعة الأمير طلال بن منصور بالنادي للحديث عن خسارة الفريق الكروي الأول للمباراة النهائية لمسابقة دوري أبطال آسيا ففي بداية المؤتمر شكر رئيس النادي رجال الصحافة والإعلام أعضاء مجلس الشرف وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة على حضور المؤتمر الصحفي وقال (بعد انتهاء مشاركة نادي الاتحاد في بطولة الأندية الآسيوية وحصوله على المركز الثاني في هذه البطولة وبالرغم من وصول الفريق للمباراة النهائية للبطولة وهو بحد ذاته انجاز كبير في وقت قصير للإدارة الحالية والتي أتشرف برئاستها بعد مرور أربعة أشهر فقط من بداية المهمة التصحيحية لمسار النادي العريق فإنني وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والجهاز الفني والجهاز الإداري واللاعبين نعتذر للجمهور الاتحادي الكبير والى جمهور ومحبي كرة القدم في جميع أنحاء المملكة الحبيبة والذين وقفوا معنا وساندونا بكل حب وكل روح رياضية عالية دلت على تلاحم أبناء هذا الوطن المعطاء والى قيادتنا الرياضية وولاة أمرنا صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن فهد بن عبد العزيز الرئيس العام لرعاية الشباب وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير نواف بن فيصل بن فهد بن عبد العزيز نائب الرئيس العام لرعاية الشباب أقول لكم جميعاً معذرة عن عدم التوفيق في الحصول على هذه البطولة فهذه إرادة الله ونحمد الله كثيراً أن أعطانا حب ودعم كل هؤلاء فهذه نعمة كبيرة ومما خفف عنا فقدان هذه البطولة الاتصال المباشر بعد المباراة من قبل القيادة الرياضة والكلمات الصادقة والمعبرة وبأن نادي الاتحاد قد شرف الوطن ولعب مباراة كبيرة لم يحالفه الحظ فيها فهذه حال كرة القدم وكذلك أثلج صدورنا الاستقبال الكبير من جماهير نادي الاتحاد وبعض جماهير الأندية الأخرى لنا بالمطار بالورود واحتونا بحب كبير زاد من إصرارنا على إسعاد هذا الجمهور الكبير المحب بمواصلة المشوار وتحقيق البطولات القادمة ولن نظر إلى الخلف أبدا ولن يزيدنا هذا الهجوم على فقدان البطولة إلا إصرارا على مواصلة العمل والجهد وأمامنا مسيرة ثلاثة سنوات وثمانية أشهر هي العمر المتبقي لعمر هذه الإدارة الشابة التي تعمل بكل حب وتفاني هدفها الأول هذه الكيان الكبير)
وأعلن رئيس النادي تنصيب الأستاذ محمد الباز مشرفا على الفريق الكروي الأول من مباراة ذهاب نصف نهائي مسابقة دوري أبطال آسيا الماضية بعد أن نجح في إقناعه بقبول الإشراف على الفريق بعد أن اعتذر كثير بسبب ارتباطاته العملية وذلك للاستفادة من خبرته في هذا المجال والتي اكتسبها من عمله في إدارات سابقة مستغربا من ما يتردد عن تدخله في العمل الإداري في الفريق أو الربط بين وبين انسحاب مدير الفريق السابق حامد البلوي الذي أوضح رئيس النادي بأنه استقال من عضوية مجلس الإدارة وتم الرفع بذلك لرئاسة العامة لرعاية الشباب التي وافقت على الاستقالة.
كما أكد المرزوقي بأنه لا يقبل إطلاقا بحدوث أي تدخل في الأمور الفنية التي هي من شأن مدرب الفريق فقط وأن دور الإدارة هو التحدث مع المدرب حول بعض النقاط وإبداء وجهة النظر.
وأوضح بان بقاء الفريق في اليابان بعد مباراة إياب نصف النهائي جاء حتى يتأقلم اللاعبون مع الأجواء وفارق التوقيت وهو ما كان ليحدث لو عاد الفريق إلى جدة بعد المباراة قم عاد مجددا إلى اليابان وأشار بأنه حاول بالتعاون مع سفارة خادم الحرمين الشريفين في اليابان من توفير مباراة ودية للفريق خلال الفترة بين مباراة إياب نصف النهائي والمباراة النهائية ولم يتم سوى خوض لقاء ودي واحد أمام فريق كاريا اس سي بطل الدرجة الثانية في اليابان وبعد ذلك لم يتم توفير مباراة أخرى على الرغم من الاتصالات مع عدد من الأندية اليابانية ومنها نادي اروا بطل مسابقة دوري أبطال آسيا في عام 2007 والذي وقع اتفاقية توأمة بينه وبين نادي الاتحاد إلا أنه اعتذر بسبب مشاركته في المسابقة المحلية في اليابان.
وردا على سؤال حول نظام مكافأة الفوز للفريق قال ( ما تم في أمر المكافأة هو تقنين المكافأة بالشكل الذي يميز فوز الفريق خارج أرضه عنه على أرضه في حين أن مكافأة الفوز في البطولة الآسيوية كانت محددة مسبقا حيث استلم اللاعبين مبلغ 20 الف ريال بعد التأهل في دور الثمانية ومبلغ 50ألف ريال بعد الوصول إلى المباراة النهائية لمسابقة دوري أبطال آسيا)
المرزوقي نفى أن يكون تلقى أي اتصال أو رسالة من مدير الفريق سابق حامد البلوي قبل المباراة مؤكدا بأنه من عادته الرد على أي رسالة تصله ولم يكن من بين تلك الرسائل رسالة من حامد البلوي
وقدم مدير الفريق حمزة إدريس أسفه للجماهير الاتحادية نيابة عن اللاعبين في الفريق وقال ( كنا نتمنى أن نكون في هذا الموقف ونحن أبطال لقارة آسيا وأنا هنا لتقديم الاعتذار نيابة عن اللاعبين لجماهيرنا الوفية والتي نقدر حزنها على فقد بطولة بحجم البطولة الآسيوية نعدها بالعمل على تحقيق البطولات المقبلة والاتحاد قادر على ذلك بشرط وقفتها إلى جانب الفريق من اللقاء المقبل فمتى ما حضرت الجماهير وملئت مدرجات ملعب الأمير عبدالله الفيصل فإن ذلك سيكون له أثر كبير في نفوس اللاعبين الذين عودونا على قدرتهم على العودة بشكل أقوى بعد أي هزة يتعرض لها الفريق ولنا في العام الماضي أفضل مثال عندما خسر الفريق نهائي كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين للإبطال بنتيجة قاسية أمام فريق الشباب في المباراة النهائية بنتيجة كبيرة قوامها أربعة أهداف عاد بعدها الفريق بوقت قصير واستطاع أن يتأهل إلى دور الثمانية في البطولة الآسيوية)
حمزة أوضح بأن التعامل مع الإعلام الذي حضر إلى اليابان لتغطية الفريق كان بشكل احترافي حيث سمح للإعلاميين بالاتقاء باللاعبين إلى أخر ثلاثة أيام قبل المباراة وتفهم الإعلاميين ذلك وكانت جميع اللقاءات التي تمت قبل النهائي تتم أثناء توجه اللاعبين إلى التدريبات والعودة منها.
مدرب الفريق كالديرون شكر اللاعبين على المجهود الكبير الذي قدموه في المرحلة الماضية وقال ( منذ مباراتنا مع ريال مدريد أثناء المعسكر الإعدادي والجماهير ليس الاتحادية فقط بل العربية بشكل عام تنظر إلى الاتحاد بشغف وإعجاب بالمستويات الكبيرة التي قدمها وخسارتنا في المباراة النهائية جاءت من كرات ثابتة ولا تعبر عن مستوانا الحقيقي حيث أننا تحصلنا على سبعة فرص سانحة للتسجيل لم تستغل, وفي المرحلة المقبلة سنعمل كما عملنا في السابق من أجل أن يبقى الاتحاد كما هو معتاد منه دائما يبحث عن الانتصارات وبالنسبة لي فإن مباراة نجران هي مباراة نهائية يجب الفوز فيها لتكون بداية انطلاقة جديدة نحو انتصارات تسجل باسم الفريق)
كالديرون أشار بأن الاتحاد لم يتأثر في الفترة الماضية من غياب العديد من عناصره المؤثرة بسبب الروح الجماعية التي يلعب بها الفريق والتي تغطي على أي نقص يتعرض له الفريق.
وحول البرنامج الذي اعتمده للإعداد للمباراة النهائية قال ( لعبنا مباراة ودية في اليوم الثاني لمباراتنا في إياب نصف النهائي أمام فريق كاريا اس سي الياباني وطلبت من الإدارة توفير مباراة أخرى وعندما تعذر ذلك أقمنا مناورة لمدة 60 دقيقة بين اللاعبين في الفريق.
كالديرون نفى أن يكون تلقى أي اتصال من عضو شرف النادي الأستاذ منصور البلوي أثناء تواجده مع الفريق في اليابان وأشار بأن الشخص الوحيد الذي اتصل به هو العضو الداعم.
من جانبه أكد عضو مجلس الإدارة مسؤول ملف الاستثمار المهندس فراس التركي بأن عمل لجنة الاستثمار حقق العديد من الإنجازات التي سبق وأن تم نشر تقرير مفصل عنها من خلال المركز الإعلامي في النادي.
رافضا الرد على ما تعرض له من هجوم في الفترة الماضية مكتفيا بالقول بأنه تعلم من رئيس النادي الدكتور خالد المرزوقي العمل في صمت وعدم التعاطي مع الانتقادات .
