أختي غالباًَ ما تكون المشكلة من متصفح Internet Explorer
بإمكانك إستخدام متصفح
ولكن بشرط : أثناء تنصيب متصفح فايرفوكس سيطلب منك إستوراد الكوكيز والإعدادات من الإكسبلورر
وفي هذهـ الخطوة ضعي خيار لا تستورد شيء
لتحميل متصفح

بإمكانك إتباع الطريقة التالية بنفس المتصفح الأساسي
To lower the security setting in Internet Explorer:
In the browser's Tools menu, select Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
In the "Select a Web XXXXXXX zone" control, click the Internet icon.
In the "Security level for this zone" area, reset security to Medium.
Click OK.
