The UAE is a small country .It is situated in the region called the middle east .The capital city is Abu Dhabi .The country has an area of about 83,600 sq km . In the east it has border with Oman . In the south it has border with Saudi Arabia and Oman .In the west it has border with Qatar .In the north it has a long coast line on the Arabian Gulf. Most of the country are desert .There are no permanent river. Fresh water comes from oases ,wells and wadis . It has many mountains like Hafeet in Al Ain and Jubair in R.A.K
