the citizen is the person who lives in community. A citizen has certain responsibilites and rights. Responsibilites are things people have to do like obaying laws , respecting others and following ruls . Then rights mean something you are allowed to have,like free puplic education ,free puplic health and vote to be prisident . there are two kinds of citizens .First good citizen ,such as those who help people , well mannerd ,listen to the veiws of others , defend their country and being strong soliders .second one is the bad citizen , like a theif , unloyal , aperson who doesnt care about anything and selfish .Finally if we want to make our country safte and clean we should punish and make ruls to avoid problems
