Smoking is very dangerous to the smoker because it causes many diseases.
Smoking causes many harmful diseases like lung cancer, emphysema, heart attacks, high blood pressure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and can lead to birth effects. Some people smoke just for fashion. Generally a person starts smoking with friends or colleagues just for fun. Slowly they get addicted and later they reach to a stage where they can't resist themselves from smoking and become 'chain smoker'. Chain smoking means a person continues to smoke almost without break. If once a person becomes 'chain smoker' then it will be very tough to that person to keep himself away from smoking even for few hours and this habit leads to death.
Smoking affects not only the person who smokes, but also the people around that person. The people who are around the person who is smoking are forced automatically to perform 'passive smoking'. This passive smoking is more dangerous when compared to direct smoking. Passive smoking can be found in public places like bus stands, railway stations and in any closed room with less ventilation. Government has banned smoking in public places. But it is not being implemented strictly any where in the country. There are some countries which strictly implement ban on public smoking. But in our country still it has to be implemented.
التدخين خطير جدا للمدخن لأنه يسبب الكثير من الأمراض.
التدخين يسبب الكثير من الأمراض الضارة مثل سرطان الرئة وانتفاخ الرئة والنوبات القلبية وارتفاع ضغط الدم ، ومرض الانسداد الرئوي المزمن ويمكن أن يؤدي إلى آثار الولادة. بعض الناس يدخنون فقط للأزياء. عموما وهو الشخص الذي يبدأ التدخين مع أصدقاء أو زملاء للمتعة فقط. ببطء يحصلون على المدمنين في وقت لاحق ويصلوا إلى هذه المرحلة حيث أنهم لا يستطيعون مقاومة أنفسهم من التدخين ، وأصبحت 'سلسلة المدخن'. التدخين سلسلة يعني الشخص ما زال دخان من دون انقطاع تقريبا. لو مرة واحدة يصبح الشخص 'سلسلة المدخن' بعد ذلك سيكون صعبا للغاية لهذا الشخص أن يبقي نفسه بعيدا عن التدخين ولو لساعات قليلة ، وهذه العادة تؤدي إلى الموت .
التدخين لا يؤثر فقط على الشخص الذي يدخن ، ولكن أيضا على الناس حول هذا الشخص. الناس الذين هم حول الشخص الذي يدخن تلقائيا يضطرون لأداء 'التدخين السلبي'. هذا التدخين السلبي هو أكثر خطورة إذا ما قورنت التدخين مباشرة. يمكن أن التدخين السلبي يمكن العثور عليها في الاماكن العامة مثل مواقف الحافلات ومحطات السكك الحديدية وفي غرفة مغلقة مع أي أقل التهوية. حظرت الحكومة التدخين في الأماكن العامة. ولكنه لا ينفذ بدقة في أي مكان في البلاد. هناك بعض البلدان التي تنفذ بدقة الحظر المفروض على التدخين في الأماكن العامة. ولكن في بلدنا لا تزال أنه لا بد من تنفيذها.
