Food chain in ocean
There are two types of food chain. The first one is on land, the second one is in ocean. All sea
creatures eat other sea creatures and plants to survive.
Seaweed like: kelp, sea lettuce and algae are at the bottom of the food chain. Green plant are the producer of the food chain. Seaweed eats nothing. They get the energy from sunlight. Many types of fish can eat seaweed like: krill and anchovy. Big fish like tuna and mackerel eat tiny fish. In addition human being eats big fish. Moreover human being is always at the top of food chain because no other creature can eat them….
Finally, in conclusion plants, animals and human being all linked to each other in the food chain. If the human kills the tuna the number of anchovy will increased because no one will eat them. Anchovy
will destroy the beds of seaweed and ecosystem will be destroyed…
