انا لقيت تقرير عن تلفزيون الفصل الثاني

هذا بالعربي .....
زمن هذه الخصائص التي يمتاز بها التلفاز عن غيره من وسائل الأعلام، يتبين لنا: أنه يحتوى على كل عوامل التأثير فى الناس، حيث يستطيع من خلال هذا التأثير تكوين الآراء الذى يؤدى إلى تغير الاتجاهات والسلوك سلبآ وإيجابآ.

(وإن درجة تأثير التلفاز كوسيلة إعلامية تختلف باختلاف كيفية العرض الفنى المباشر، وحجمه، وطبيعة الكاتب أو المتحدث، وحجم المعلومات التي يعرضها المشاهد مسبقأ والأراء التي يعتنقها صاحبها لمدة طويلة بناء على الحقائق أو الخبرات الشخصية، كما يكون التأثير أشد بالنسبة للموضوعات المختلفة عليها، وأخرآ فإن اتجاهات المشاهدين وانحيازاتهم المسبقة والقوالب المصبوبة فى أذاهانهم سوف تسهل أو تعوق هذا التأثير).

ولا يغيب عن الذهن أن خصائص التلفاز ومزاياه قد أعطته اهمية بالغة، جعلت له سلبيات وإجابيات متعددة، ولعل إجابياته تتمثل فى وظائفة التي يقوم بها:

1- فهو أتاح للناس قضاء الوقت فى منازلهم مع عوائلهم.
2- وهو يقدم المعلومات والخبار الى الناس، ويجعلهم يتابعون الأحداث ويعايشونها، بل وينقلها فى فترات إلى إنحاء العالم المختلفة.
3- وهو يقوم بدور التعليم والتثقيف وإلارشاد بما يعرضه من برامج صحية، ترشد إلى العانة الصحية والاحتراز من الأمراض.كما يمكن عرض برامج لتعليم ربات البيوت بالمهارات المختلفة الضرورية لإدارة المنزل، وتربية الأطفال، وموازنة الأسرة فى ترشيد الاستهلاك، وتقديم دروس تعليمية للأطفال والشباب، بالأضافة الى إجراء مسابقات ثقافية، والتي تدفع الى المنافسة ةالتعليم.
4- ومن الوظائف التي يؤديها الترفية، وذلك كما يحدث فى المسلسلات الفكاهية وخلافها بقصد ترويح النفوس والتخلص من الملل.
5- والتلفاز من ناحية أخرى تمكن من (إلغاء الامتيازات الثقافية، وتعميم المعرفة).

ولكن رغم هذه الوظائف التى يقدمها يؤديها التلفاز، والتي تمثل الناحية الإيجابية فيها، إلا أنه ومن خلال هذه الوظائف تولدت سلبيات متعددة منها:

1- أنه قتل عادات القرأءة. فبعد أن كان الناس يقرأون الكتب المطولة، ويجلسون يتدارسونها، قام التلفاز بهذه المهمة، فقدم ثقافة عامة فيها كثير من المعلومات التي تجمع بطريق أو بأخر، فتمن النشاهد من عملية بذل الجهد وإمعان النظر فى تلك المعلومات.
2- أن لتلفاز يأثيرآ بالغأ على الأطفال والشباب بما يمضونه من أوقات طويلة لمشاهدة برامجه، فلا يخفى ما يؤثرة ذلك على تحصيلهم العلمي والثقافي.
بل إنه من الملاحظ ان الشباب الذين يحرصون على متابعة برامج التلفاز أقل تفوقأ من زملائهم.

3- أن التلفاز ولًد أنماطاً من السلوك والاتجاهات، خاصة فى برامج التمثيليات والترفيه، والتي صورت الحياة بأنها أضحوكة تلزم أن نسايرها.
4- كما أن التلفاز أوجد أيضأ أنماطآ من الحياة الاستهلاكية، وذلك فى برامج الأعلانات عن البضائع والمنتجات.
5- والتلفاز من ناحية أخرى أورث السلبية الكاملة فهو(قد عودهم على الوجبة الكاملة التجهيز، وما عليهم إلا المتابعة فى الوقت الذي يحدده التلفاز والموضوعات التي يختارها وبالجرعة التي يراها ملائمة).
أن بعض برامج التلفاز خاصة التمثيليات والمسلسلات تتحدث عن أمور عاطفية وعن مغامرات الحب( وهذه العروض المغرقة فى العاطفية ومغامرات الحب تخدر المراهقين، وتفقد الشباب ارتباطهم بالعالم الواقعي، وتجعلهم يحلمون بالعالم الخيالي الذى يقدمه الفيلم أو المسلسل التلفازي).
